No offense Dtheobold, but if he cheated on his wife what makes you think he wont do the same to you? Once a liar always a liar and the same applys to cheaters.

I have to agree that this is a stupid situation you have gotten yourself into. Maybe instead of worrying about the truck payment and his child support to make rent, and find a car/truck you can afford along with some housing for you and your son that you can afford and try that. for at least a while now (trying to remember last thread talking about him divorcing his wife)...he's having his cake and eating it too...

I guess if you've never had to put up with a "homewrecker" then you don't understand where I'm coming from.
And your not in my situation so you don't understand where i am coming from...

I am not leaving him, I am in love with him and he has repeated to me that he is also in love with me... He is leaving his wife to move up to Utah with me... So i don't see why I should be looking at leaving him? He is with his lawyer as we speak... or argue... so we'll see how things go...

I am not leaving the love of my life...

Prediction: He gets divorced, shacks up with the homewrecker and a few months later she starts with threads like this:

no offense but it's not your siituation he was talking about. it's the situation you created for a married couple. Yes he was part of it but you should have walked away.

I think the more likely senario would be him leaving you.

In all seriousness, WTF were you thinking when you agreed to have a child with a man who was still married?? How can that possibly end well?

I don't get the 2.25 million deal either.... if 'your' guy has that kinda money, a 25k truck is like pissing in the ocean. In fact, if I were you I'd be kinda pissed that he didn't just outright buy the truck for you.

honey came in and she caught me red-handed
creeping with the girl next door
picture this we were both butt-naked
banging on the bathroom floor

but she caught me on the counter
"it wasn't me"
saw me banging on the sofa
"it wasn't me"
I even had her in the shower
"it wasn't me"
she even caught me on camera
"it wasn't me"
she saw the marks on my shoulder
"it wasn't me"
heard the words that I told her
"it wasn't me"
heard the screams getting louder
"it wasn't me"
she stayed until it was over

Honetly Dtheobald, as you are well aware, you have both got yourselfs in a really bad situation.....
Leagally his butt is in a sling, she in every since of the phrase "has him by the *****."
If it were me in your situation. I'd start perparing to start over from scratch. Between the two of you sounds highly likely you will have nothing, zero, zelch, other than maybe the clothes on your back if she dont take them too
Might as well count on her taking the truck too and letting you guys keep the payment.
The house he is getting ready to buy... dont get to comfortable in it.

Be 100% prepared for this and if it dont happen then you are better off than you'd hoped to be. But definatly dont be expecting him to come out with anywhere close to 1.25 mil. Under the circumstance He will get have what she lets him have. I cant imagine her being happy enough to be very generous.
If she does then he let an exceptional women go and that mean that you will have some REALLY big shoes to fill to meet what she has trained him to expect. Your sex will get old soon, doesnt matter how good you are, it all does. Then he'll expect you to fill her shoes the other 98% of the time.Remember she only failed in bed, thats what 2% of a relationship? Obviously doesnt take much to make him start looking.
