OK---How 'bout some good news...
marriages can stay together---My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th anniversary on July 2nd. After reading this thread, all I can say is "Wow!" both for us ---and for this situation here.

Did anyone else notice the view from which "PHX2ENS" first post was from? First it was a guy talking about his wife and mistress and then it switched to referring to himself in the third person....or as some have astutely pointed out "DTheobald" screwed up and started typing her point of view in his post.

Unless he created an account sitting at your own home PC (which is hard to do if you’re in Utah and he’s further south), and created that account, I see them as being from the same IP address. I couldn’t pull that stunt off myself, but asked for help from a friend in our IT security department after I saw the humor in your action.

Also I still can’t get over the 2.25 million in stock. Anyone that stupid to not understand the insignificance of a $20,000 anything when it comes to 2.25 million, is well, not passing their economics class to say the least. You could invest that 2.25 million in a horrible idea like a money market account and make 4 times the amount ($20,000) that’s being fretted over in interest in over a year.
Give up the act. This guy is burning the candle at both ends. He gets what he wants when he wants from his girlfriend and his wife. Not to mention his girlfriend appears to buy the line that he has 2.25 million.

Oh and Duke... not to step on your toes... and you can kiss; oh sorry kick, my *** all you want but it wouldn't matter what kind of account he has... once the divorce starts all assests are frozen and he can't do anything with them, and then the dividing starts... so it doesn't matter what interest he gets off the stock in a money market account its useless when the papers start.. He knows half if not more is going to her... he just doesn't know how much of a ***** for a lawyer she will get...
I know the rules on multi account, i have been here long enough to see the leg humpers jump all over mountaineer... and have been here thru the whole seangranger crap... so why get banned from a site for being that stupid...

He probably didn't sign you over the truck, because he knew he couldn't trust you with a $10, never less a vehicle. You are the one that is going to end up being screwed, he has more experience with relationships, (obviously) and you are like a little teenage girl lost in the big world. I can tell from your posts, you are totally clueless. I wouldn't go around telling your little love story, everyone is already looking at you and all they see is a piece of trash. I don't even have to meet you personally to call you and your little dim witted man, pieces of trash. You won't ever be nothing in life, and I hope you a life of misory. When it comes to CS fight for as much visitation as you can, lessons the amount you pay.
As for you getting CS for your kids and does it go away if you remarry, no, it doesn't. All that happens there is your spouses income gets factored and then back out. This is to adjust your tax base only for payment. However if I read your statement correctly you are asking if you marry HIM does it stop. Well, I would hope so. Recieving CS from your spouse is just WRONG. But from my experience in a CS related divorce/CS payment it isn't about the children, it is all about the money. AND if I were your BF and just read that statement I would be looking to take the kid from you and get you for CS.
But like my lawyer told, "patience, CS and Alimony are temporary and the money will come back to you in time". From being on the inside of this for the last 7 yrs and watching other situations, often times the one receiving CS collapses after it is gone.
Get a good lawyer and ask him to stop offering her anything. Let the lawyers bang this out.
