This thread is exactly why it took me so long to find a good woman to marry. The homewrecker is the lowest form of woman there is. And I hope that your "boyfriend" doesn't sign those papers and goes back to his wife, leaving you high and dry. Except he can't, because he fathered your child. I hope he has the cajones to pay you child support, because that child has done nothing wrong. If you were messing around with a married man, have you never heard of Trojan or Ortho-Tri-Cyclen?

He wanted the child and asked me to come off the brith control...

Don't judge me over the internet as you don't know me...

Go take a hike if you have nothing to contribute to the thread... I asked about divorce laws not your take on me F*cker...

Your above statement makes this a moot point.

It's the internet, and you posted about your situation. If you can't take the heat, then you shoulda stayed out of the kitchen, or should I say, out of a married man's relationship. Yes, he erred as well, but you decided to post about it here. Game over, you lose.

You are asking how to help the father of your child, who is married, how to get out of that marriage. You didn't need to post about your relationship, it was already laid out. I'm done.

let's see he has 2.25 mil in stock.
you don't have enough credit to buy a truck?
you want to know if you can get child support while he lives with you

sounds like a little gold diggin going on there. jealous of his wife so you shake the lil money maker.

if he's smart he'll dump both of you.

So I'm guessing I'm in the minority then? I guess if you've never had to put up with a "homewrecker" then you don't understand where I'm coming from.

I'm not publicaly commenting one way or the other on the disagreement. Just agreeing with Quintin's observation.
