Wow that weekend sucked !! I kept from smoking though, but just barely. My GF saw how edgey i was too and even told me to go have a cigarette when we were at a friends house party. I ended up avoiding having one and decided to go play more beer pong instead.


Its funny though every time Budha posts a pic of a cigarette i can almost actually smell it. Damn budha your killing me !!

I cheated and had a cigar yesterday. Still no cigs though. It's gonna be a rough week.

So, how are the "quitters" doing?

 

So far so good. Someone posted here that the first three days are the hardest with the cravings which i now believe is soooooooooo true! It's day 5 now and i dont have cravings at all, but im sure if i stand next to someone and smell the smoke i probably will drool a little.


Jamz did you and your wife get the new fridge yet?

 

By this time, the smoke should make you feel like you can't breathe and should bother you some....at least it did me by the end of the first week.

Not yet. It will be delivered to a different HD by the end of the week. Then we will go pick it up.

 

Day 2 for me... Things are going well... I'm just A LOT more hungry than usual...

 

Get some sugar free hard candy or gum......that will help alot.
