Some of you guys are harsh! Ease up, the guy must've done SOMETHING right for the first two legs of the race to be in 1st. It's about having the best time not being the fastest. Basically, whoever has the best navigator will most likely win.

One thing I'd like to see is that guy hook up a chain from his F150 to that Lambo, then put it in 4hi and drag his stupid **** to the finish line!

I don't know what it is but that guy just irritates me.

the show is basically a road rally, 12 teams of 2 competing in various timed races across the country and doing challenge events after each of the 12 legs of the competition.

Not sure where you guys are getting that he said his truck makes 400 hp but if you watch his interview video on YouTube he says that his truck makes about 340hp and about 380ft lbs of torque. Which is inline with the simple mods that he has done that include a CAI, and exhaust.

Watch it here. its at about 4:05 into the video that he gives you the stats on his truck.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gehi8osVP-8

Watch the video and I think that you would agree that him and his buddy are some down to earth country boys from Texas that just like to have fun.

It's funny how everyone jumps on the bandwagon, instead of giving them props for getting 1st place in a damn 6000# brick compared to two numb nuts in a Lambo!!

Not me. I completely empathize with this guy. He says that he practically financed his life away so that he could have the truck that he has dreamed about since he was a kid. He even states that he lives off of Ramen noodles so that he can pay for his 4x4. I eat Ramen everyday for lunch at work. Saving 30.00 per week allows me to buy my mods and other toys.

Because I didn't see the show to see how they got to where they are in the competition... but I did see the video in that first link where he claimed the truck had just about 400 hp from a tune and a CAI.

I wish. Those would be next on my "to do" list.

It replays tonight at 11.

I figure that's probably eastern time but it didn't specify.

I enjoyed the chick that got kicked out... talk about sore loser - or just loser, either way.

It's all about the nav skills and not getting busted for speeding. Not exactly the Cannonball Run, but it will do.
