We have actually moved Dad to a Hospice facility that is about a mile from my house. We were running out of options for nursing homes because of his condition and this seemed like a place that would give him the best care.

It is still very hard to see him in the condition that he is in. My dad is probably one of the most fun-loving guys you can imagine. I will try to scan some pictures of him and post them so you can get an idea of who he is.

I appreciate everyone here that continues to show interest in what is going on with my family. It makes me feel good that I have another place to talk about what is going on.

Sorry to hear the news. I know the feeling; the last two times my pops was in the hospital, I could barely keep myself together while visiting him. When your dad is your Superman, it's tough seeing him in bad shape.

Best of luck and prayers are still being sent.

Hospice is a good organization. My grandaddy was on it for a long time. I hope he pulls thru still. I can't imagine what your going thru. It's gotta be terrible. :o
