Dad in coma, prayers appreciated

My father was helping my brother work on his house on Wednesday night. At about 9:00 PM they were working in his garage trying to put an attic door on. The garage level is dropped from the level of the rest of the house so it sits up pretty high. Dad was standing on the very top of the ladder when he lost his footing and fell directly on his back and head. I was not there, but was told that he began bleeding immediately. He is at Baptist Hospital in NLR right now and Dr. Martin Greenburg is his surgeon.

His surgery ended yesterday at about 11:00 AM and he is back in the ICU right now. He has a fever of about 102 F and they are trying to get that to drop. The last we heard was that they were doing bacteria cultures and were also going to try and hook up an EEG.

We are very thankful to have many friends and family that are already praying for us and to have people in this community doing the same just adds to the power that God can give my dad.

Thanks again for all of your prayers,

Jeremy
