This was said by the sexiest female voice I've ever heard on a Navy radio...the story goes:

Back in the late 90's I was on the USS Stethem...we would write down in a log book calls this particular female use to say that, well, sounded dirty, but weren't...anyway, Red Stinger was a Navy helo and when they came in for a hot pump it meant that they were refueling without shutting down the engines...this one made the crusie book..
