Guns--- I dont care, I have all I need and all my permits to carry..it helps to know people

Cigarettes---I can't wait until they ban all smoking in puplic places. It's going to be the best day of my life. I'll finally be able to enjoy having a drink at a bar without inhalling the smoke from 1000 cigs. all burning at once.

Cell Phones---Just get a hands free set or a speaker phone..its all good.

Beer---Not sure about that one. I never have a problem getting beer any day of the week. Plus I have a fridge dedicated to just beer (and a little soda at times) out back. I don't think i've ever run out of beer.

SHOOBIES---Well, just go home, thats all.

Maybe you have the same hookup as two of my relatives that live in Jersey. The one has a room dedicated to guns. Its amazing.

Hey KC-10, you should just talk to him and he could hook you up, then again hed pry shoot you (in the leg of course, give it time you will heal) after your first negative comment towards Jersey, he takes that stuff pretty serious and all.

Since when has that been enacted and put into the Constitution as an Amendment? The Second Amendment is for every single American regardless if you’re in the military or a civilian.

I was in the military for 10 years and no one ever informed me about my Second Amendment being suspended while I served.

There is however one clause as it pertains to the Second Amendment because it would be a direct offence to the UCMJ in which no military member can show any disrespect towards senior officers. In that case there is a small part of your Second Amendment that is suspended because you can not disrespect your Commander In Chief (that’s the President of the United States for some of our civilian audience LOL).

So when I was in I couldn’t call Bill Clinton a moron like I use to without the possibility of getting into trouble since he was a **** poor Commander In Chief who had no freaking clue on what a military was for, how to use it, or how to properly deploy it…

Now, when you’re in the military you are no longer under a democracy but rather a dictatorship, there is no stupid union to get in the way of getting things done either…

So while there may be some suspension of part of ones Second Amendment rights while serving in the military it’s not completely null and void because you can still call people like John Kerry a complete moron and 97% of your military brothers and sisters will laugh with you and completely agree. You can also freely laugh together about how stupid some organizations are like PETA, NAACP, or any other political organizations…

Furthermore you can also attend and be a part of protest so long as you are not in military uniform. While off base you can wear what ever you wish however its not advisable to wear a shirt that states something like ”Nukes, built in America, tested in Japan” while stationed in Japan. For some reason some people get a little pissy about that…

Damn it I'm glad I live in South Carolina. I can go shoot a gun where and wherever I want (out of city limits or at a gun range of course). I can buy a pistol and walk right on out without a backround check (Thanks CWP!) Long guns are no problem either.
I'm glad I don't live in New Jeresy BUT if I did, I would be going just as crazy if not more than you are. I'll be damned if anyone is going to tell me I cant shoot my own guns. And I'll be damned if I am going to give up my guns ie. San Francisco. I know the last sentance doesn't apply to you but I felt like saying it anyways
Good luck with it all.

Ya'know, I wouldn't even need a gun if people would just use their damn turn signals.

AFAIK, federal law still requires that with a retail sale, the retailer must make a call to the NCIC. Of course, private sales are not included.

interesting:

My entire family is from PA but most of them live in NJ for some reason...
either most of your family is nuts (which i do not believe to be the case), or they realize something you dont yet.

did they all come over at the same time, or one after another with each reoprting back how hellacious it was here?

also, i'd like to share a secret with everyone who is in shock and awe that we are not allowed to pump our own gas... we have traditionally had gas prices here that are among the lowest in the country, so its not costing me anything for the service at the pump.

if i had to weigh this service verses all the damage to our vehicles from the 'cave-men' who are pumping the gas i would still come out ahead. i have lived here my entire life, and have never heard of anyone suffering any damage at all to their vehicle due to the fact that someone else pumped the fuel.

so, you wont be able to go skeet shooting in the snow in december or january, but it sounds like if you get your paperwork in order now, it will be nice and ready for you well before spring time. sounds like a good deal.

we use to shoot skeet off of route 23 up in the oakland area years ago and i remember it being alot of fun. enjoy yourself.

All I have to give them is my CWP, they take down all the info, and I pay, and I walk out. That's how it is here. This is for any gun shop in South Carolina, not private sales.
