It's all about gun control. First it started with hand guns. If they ever get complete control (Like they are wanting), Nothin's stopin there. We just have to keep fighting it. I'm so glad to be from a state that don't have harsh gun laws. Like you said KC, I don't get where controling law abidding citizen's guns might keep guns out of the hands of criminals. DUUUHH. Next thing is they'll outlaw shooting the guns you legally own.

I never could understand why WV has a bad reputation. I find it to be one of the nicest & scenics placest east of the Mississippi R in the country... NJ on the other hand, deserves every bit of reputation it has...

KC-10 FE out...

It's not that I don't care. It's just seems that almost everytime KC posts it's to let everyone know how much New Jersey sucks (in his opinion). I was born and raised here and I love it. I'm sure every state has it's own share of problems, but leave New Jersey alone once in awhile.

Well I hate to gloat KC but its just the opposite here in God's country. I bought a pistol and a 22 rifle at Academy last year and two Sig's from a local gun dealer this year. Now I have a concealed carry license which speeds it up slightly but all those transactions took maybe 5 minutes of paperwork and I was outta there. God bless Texas!

I finally after 4 years residing here in the CPRoNJ decided to get my NJ Firearms Purchasers Identification Card. No big deal really.
I respectfully and forcefulyl disagree. It IS a big deal. As a free man and citizen of the United States of America you are and should be free to purchase ANY firearm that you want ANY TIME you want. No one needs to ask, let alone BUY permission from the State to exercise your GOD given, Constitutionally enumerated rights.

As for the comment about CA & MD. I'll agree with you on the CA thing, but NJ takes the edge in the contest with MD. The ability to freely exercise my rights is a large part of the resason why I decided to stay in VA vice moving back to MD.

It's really easy in Virginia.
This guy wanted my 45 and I wanted his 38.

I got the 38 because I drew first.

It’s ok, let liberals pass more UN-Constitutional gun laws and there will be more guns on the streets that nobody knows about.

It’s called the underground and there’s money to be made. So not only will many people, law abiding people, bypass the liberal laws on guns the liberals will see LESS tax revenue because when you purchase items from the underground there is no taxes…

Here is the simple fact of the matter. There are gun laws on the books because liberals have no ***** to actually face up to reality and FORCE people to accept personal responsibility. Gun laws are meant for law abiding citizens ONLY and not for criminals.

If you purchase guns from the underground you can be a complete moron and lose your guns and never have to worry about it since nobody will be able to trace them back to you. It seems to be a problem for some people not being able to hold on to their guns, have no idea of their whereabouts and go decades before realizing ”Hey, chit I had some guns once I can’t seem to find them…”

Make love, not war…

Any state that does not freely allow their citizens to pump their own gas has some major issues in my book…

It’s no wonder they need big time UN-Constitutional gun laws on the books and it makes sense as well. I mean come on, if you can’t trust a citizen to pump their own gasoline correctly do you really think you can trust them with a firearm?

Is NJ the offical state for Jerry's kids?

Although it would be hilarious! HAHA

Last time I bought a pistol from a dealer, we have the hand gun permit BS to deal with too. There is a 3 day "cool down" period before you are issued the permit. Supposedly to prevent someone from going out, buying a brand new gun, just to go kill someone they are mad at. During this time the sheriffs deaprtment is also running a background check as well.
Shot gun or rifle takes 15 mins. and is done right there at the dealer. You hand the money, wait then walk out with it.

If I was mad what would I use?

Nothing registered I can assure you. MuhaHAHA

The problem is that the Liberals (both Democrat and Republican) will use agents of the State, Local, City, State, and Federal Police, along with the US Military in some cases. You WILL be forced to do one of two things. 1. Give up and turn them in and become a subject or 2. Not give up.
