Huh??? What exactly are you calling me and what opinion are you talking about? I simply expressed my puzzlement at the refusal of some people to accept a FACT. I wasn't dissing any view in particular, just saying that I found this thread pretty funny.

As far as I know the only conversation we've ever had was regarding guitars and I don't believe I said anything there to **** you off, so, what's your issue? Are you so intolerant that another persons opinion is invalid and worthy only of insult?

So you have a beef with me now because even though I believe in the same God that you do... I "was" standing up for you.... We have one difference in our hummanly interpretations of our roles as followers of of our Christ. That your willing to slander your own brothers name in order to enforce by attempting to man handle your opinion on to your brothers and sisters? What kind of a following is that? That's not an example of Jesus that I ever remember reading about. I think our Lord Jesus even spoke some words about that behavior from his own mouth in the Bible, they are the red letter ones so they should be easy for you to see. My friend I think this thread has you very confused as to who you are actually arguing with. My brother you have done nothing but offend critize and be rude and hateful to both your fellow belivers and non belivers alike thus far. Thats not an example of anyone that I would want to live like. I'd rather live in sin and be happy if being a chrstian means that I would have to be as rude, hateful, and illtollerant as the actions that you have displayed so far in this thread.

 

God, Yahweh and Allah are the same being. The difference in name is only in the language and region of the world it came from. Did you know that Muslims are an offshoot of Judaism? Just like Episcopalians/Anglicans are an offshoot of Catholisism. Christ was a Jew and the first followers of CHrist were Jews. The first Muslims were Jews too before they followed their own path to God.

For you to say that Yahweh and Allah are not the real God is an insult to Him as you are denying Him of His many names as He appears to people in different regions of the world. For you to say Yahweh or Allah are not God is blasphemy.

I suggested you read the Torah and the Quran as they both speak the word of God. That's not blasphemous. Thats just getting closer to ALL the things that were said and thereby getting closer to what He really meant. John Paul II read and digested both the Torah and the Quran so he could get closer to God. It's not blasphemous to read them, nor is it blasphemous to recommend reading them.

yeah im athiest, and i have dwendle in enough of them stories to realize. that if in fact there was a being as powerful and all mighty as well as all loving, how could he ever forsake or damn someone for being iggnorant?

if there were a God, than in my judgement; he who created me should judge me, not by my iggnorance but by my actions. he who is all mighty and powerful and loving, doesnt need to be worshipped or acknowledge for that would be below him. when we do something good for someone else, and then tell everyone around us that we did it to get praise and acknowledgement we would be considered conceited or egotistical? wouldnt we? then why would he be like that? imho if in fact there were a God, he wouldnt care if you praised him or not or followed him or praised him in what you think his name is, he just loves you too much to forsake you.

we are all his creations every living thing, from the tinyest of micro-organisms to the largest of trees...everything was created by his will, says the bible. and only us humans are the ones that wage war in his name, as well as devote our entire lives to worshipping and praising him.

those are just my views from what i have read and gathered of what is written. i dont believe in him, and i dont go to church, nor do i praise him. i just go on living my simple life.
