Anyhow, everyone but you will need a lot more then just a few bolt-ons to get in the 15 second range let alone 14 seconds…
By the way, do you have any links that provide the kind of performance specs you are stating you have?

This guy has a 4x4 FX4 Supercab and his best time is a 16.8. A truck that outweighs me by 600+ lbs. You are making silly claims. Go research and do the math. You dont honestly think my truck weighs as much as his do you? Or that my drivetrain is just as restrictive as a 4x4 do you? Get real man.

he might have a point...
There are mods I want to make to my truck, but I'm spending too much money replacing ford's chintzy original components and working around and making right what passes for engineering over there. I gots no money left over for add-ons, Gotta save to keep the thing running. (edit): forgot--not dissin' ford only..they're ALL crap. Just STUPID stuff on fords. For example--just changed my plastic bushings on my clutch pedal assebly..WTF??!?!?!

Hell I have been talking about a lift for months now and have just saved up the $3000 to make it happen. Honestly how many actually financed their trucks, the way some talk it makes me think everyone here has a rich daddy, damn!
I am sure this thread was just to stir the crowd up. But if it was an honest remark then maybe he should consider that the average truck here costs about $30k and was purchased this year. I would let the guys build their bankroll back up a bit before expecting a lot of mods (not much out there as of now anyway - due to new design).
Funny thread, I did expect D to bite and pull hair a little more though.
You mean to tell me my chrome tube steps arent cool? Nooooooo!
