Step Bars Removed and 1.5" Spacer On.

I was finally able to get my 1.5" leveling kit on last night and also removed the step bars. The front end is 1/2" higher now, but I much rather it be higher than lower. If it starts bothering me to much I'll remove it and get a 1".

This is before

These are After.

Looks good either way, personally I love a good set of step-bars.

That is one great looking SD. The leveling kit looks great, but I do like the step bars.

Looks great. Which leveling kit did you go with? Above or below the coil spring?

Looks great! That makes me want to remove my steps. Did you use a spacer kit that reloaced the track bar bracket? Mine didn't come with one, so my axle shifted toward the driver's side of the truck about an inch. It caused my steering wheel to be crooked, so I adjusted the drag link to straighten the steering wheel back out. I just installed an adjustable track bar from Icon that allowed the axle to move back over to the center of the truck, so I had to adjust my drag link again to straighten the steering wheel.

I went with the spacer below the coil spring. It still rides the same.

I went with the 1.5" Top Gun spacer. It was the spacer only. The axle shifted a little to the driver side, but you have to look for it to notice. The steering wheel is a little off, but plan on getting an alignment to get it all straightened out. I'm out of town for work the next couple of weeks so won't be able to do it till after the new year.
