So good update here, finally wrapped the rest of the panels in the back and am going to dye them today.

Also I re-did the front stage with a true 3-way set 1" tweet, 4" mid and a 6.75" woofer. Woofers are in the stock location and foam gaskets to the door. tweet and mid are in pods I made on the a-pillars. I am waiting on vinyl to finish the pods but they are in a running and sound amazing.

Little update, vinyl came in. It was terrible and I sent it back. Really thin, inconsistent colour and weird grain. So waiting on new stuff, again.....

Looks good bro. I'm working on mine too. I have alot less space and working out the details.
Your panels look clean and those pods are a nice twist!

Update
New vinyl is in and its perfect. Just need a few hours to do it. Oh and maybe some warmer weather.

But now I need to do a bunch of work to the truck. Replacement headers I got do not fit worth a damn so I just got stock replacements and am powder coating them tomorrow. Along with that I am replacing nearly the whole EGR system as well as spark plugs, injectors, fuel filter and thermostat. Gotta love check engine lights.

Oh and the 2 piece pods are a no go. Mocked them up and they dont work. so sticking with the origianls.

The second set mock up was done in foamcore. Didnt look terrible but didnt work at all. Specifically the passenger side turned into a pretty big blob to mirror the drivers side.

Don't feel bad. I made custom rear door panels that came out sick. Then I installed the custom buckets which ended up wider then the original bench. Now I have custom rear panel just taking up space in my shop. Crap loads of time and engineering went into those..O'well...live and learn..lol

That's why it was only foamcore and hotglue, spent 30 minutes and knew it was wrong.

Now I just have to convince my self to leave it alone for a while and enjoy.
