99 Expo Mild Build

Hey Everyone, been on here for awhile now but just recently got myself an Expedition (black 1999 EB 4.6L 2wd, 180km or 110ish miles). Was debating between an expo or a f150 supercrew. But I digress.

This is my daily driver so I cant go too wild on it (yet) but here are the current plans.

Black projectors and turn signals
6" Fogs behind Grill
Clear fogs
HIDs for all
Tint Tails
3" lowering kit (with shocks and camber kit)
Sway bars front and rear
Paint front Bumper lower valance
22"-24" rims
Re-Tint
Intake mod
Chip
cat back exhaust
Extensive audio video system with custom enclosures and Double DIN indash Nav and Back up camera
Sound deadening through out

There is some of this list that is completed and in the next few days I’ll have pics up of the progress.
Heres what is done:
Headlights with HIDS
Double DIN Nav Shoehorned in
Front and rear doors Sound Deadened
Front and rear Speakers Installed
Lowering kit ordered

I still cant decide on what sway bars or the catback to choose, any insight?

heres a pic with the deck in, still have to make a little trim panel for the sides

And as far as sway bars, id go as stiff as possible. Great handling that way. Id put borla true duals on. Walk into the exhaust shop and say you want the lowest, deepest tone you've ever heard on that thing.

I have dont a few trim peices before on f150s and expos. Luckly the deck really fills the space so you wont see alot of the trim and the little you can will be painted with colour matched paint to the dash.

Sorry not sure why i didnt post a pic of the ride

I was debabting the roof rack delete but not sure about it. I did use it every once in a while on my last truck.

As for the drop, the 3/3 is good enough for now. Basically till I get the cash together for a full air ride kit. I am pretty sure on mine I'll be tucking a little tire with it.

Ok new question for my fellow Stereo guys out there. I am debabting now on what sub to do (more so size) Get a bigger bas *** 8" for the stock enclosure, get the MTX thunderform witha good 10", go 2 10" in a fiberglassed ported box or a single 15" in a ported fiberglass box. Basically the first 2 options retain the stealth install of the OEM stereo. Second 2 go big and flashy.

Hmm cant decide.

BTW I have these subs sitting around at home so it doesnt matter which one I choose.

Got the lowering kit in today, Shocks, springs and front end camber kit. I was feeling lazy so I called around for prices on install and alignment. BARF Prices are rediculous. $500 was about average. Screw that, doing it myself. A front end alignment is on 60 bucks.

Now I gotta find some time this weekend to do it.

Ok new question for the masses.

Since I got new rims of course I need new tires.
here are the rims

Now the question is what size tire, the rims are 20"x 8.5"
My top choices are:
255/50/20
285/45/20
315/40/20

I think I am leaning to the 285/45/20 but would like to hear some input.
Thanks.

How much are you lowered? You could go stock HD size 275/45/20 or move up to 285/45 or 55/20. 255 is too small.
