Hey mehal 12, how much did it cost you to get the body cladding painted?? I have a 03 the same color and want it all black, thanks. Sick Expy......

Sorry, long gone.

Sorry, my previous reply was in reference to the stock springs. Its been busy lately and I keep forgetting to check the forums.

As far as painting the body kit, it was done by a friend of mine who also painted an early Bronco I have. He gave me a good price on everything, so I don't know exactly what the body kit itself cost. I'd guess it would be in the $2-500 range. - Mike

Hi Mehal 12, you said you replaced the front lower bumper with another one?? Did you want to sell the one you took off?? The one in your pics, right? If so how much and where are you located?? Depending where you are shipping might be expensive..LOL Thanks let me know.

Sorry the original bumper was damaged and is long gone.

Say mehal 12, was it easy to remove the lower front bumper, from the upper part?? I want to seperate them so I could get them PTM. Thanks..

mehal12 09-21-2009 06:48 AM

Yeah I figured he meant the first StreetScene bumper, but that is the one that was damaged and is gone. I don't know how difficult it was to replace the bumper since it was done at the body shop. I looked at the work in progress though and it didn't look too difficult to separate the lower bumper. There are several tabs on the upper/lower pieces the that fit into each other.

Yeah I notice that with the front bumper that there is several metal clips holding the lower valance on. Now do you happen to see if the rear bumper was the same way?? Thanks for your help, hoping to get all the pieces PTM. Will look 100% better, than that grey cladding.

mehal12 09-28-2009 07:14 AM

Actually, the rear bumper is not replaced with the StreetScene kit. All they have is a tow receiver cover that hides the receiver and makes the bumper look cleaner. So I did not replace the rear bumper.
