The rear-pipes though... that could be the installer. Theres a lot more play in those systems.
The 16616 slightly downward angle is because of the weld... nothing the installed can do about that unless he cuts it off and re-welds.
EDIT: Forgot to say, I've never received a negative comment about my exhaust. Everyone loves it... so maybe it is just annoying you =)

It is pretty much just annoying me, lol!!! I am just a little ticked that for all that money they couldnt weld the pipes straight together.. I think I just didnt expect a stupid flaw like that from magnaflow.. not with the rep they have.
Did you ever contact MagnaFlow to see what they might be able to do for you? Every company, no matter how good their reputation, will have a hiccup every now and then.....
With that being said, however, your picture doesn't look that bad -- and I'm pretty damn ****-retentive when it comes to things automotive! We all tend to obsess about our own trucks somewhat more than 99.9% of the rest of the world's population will do anyways.....

Why didn't I find you last year to take care of my problems? I wish you were here last year before Magnaflow took it back because they weren't sure if it would actually fit the 6-1/2 foot bed Supercrew and they were in the process of "tweaking" the system. Says alot about Magnaflow working with me on it, and I'd consider them again for my next exhaust. Had I not been in a crunch, I would have waited for the "revised" system to come out. I hope they have it taken care of now.
Can you take another pic or two, up close and from the side, so we can see it better? I'm considering the very same kit and I'm about as **** as they come to looks and fit, and I can't see much from the photo you posted. Good Luck and hope you can work things out.

I'd say take off the exhaust at the hanger. Put it on the ground. You'll know for sure if it's a weld problem. Otherwise, you can make adjustments, because it will hang offset if not adjusted. I did my own install, it was pretty easy once you get the stocker off.
rather then using the kit, why not just buy the muffer and tips and bring it to a shop and have them fabricate a system for you?
I just put in a custom true dual using a magnaflow DIDO muffler with 3.5" chrome tips exiting in front of the passenger rear wheel. Granted the labor was free - the installer is a friend and I helped him but it's got to be pretty close in cost to the kit and it's true duals this way. It took us about 2.5 hours at a relaxed pace. The muffler runs about $90-$110 and depending on the tips you should be able to get them for another $100. Then all you need is a piece of 2.5" stock pipe to bend. That leaves you a couple hundred to cover labor. You have a much higher quality product in the end for the same or cheaper.

Very true, can't really return it now...the suggestion was more for the other guys out there who are reading this and thinking about getting a kit. Good luck with fixing it up though!
