On a side note, how do you like the 87 perf tune with your wheel/tire combo?

I have the exact same setup
Love it. Ran like a dog without it. Best money I've spent on my truck.

I spoke with Bill on Sunday and you should all know that there is an on going issue sending emails to certain domains. Unfortunately, what happens to the emails is unknown, but they ate getting lost in cyberland when Bill sends them to certain addresses; mine being one of them. I highly suggest their forum for this reason.
This is good to know. Looks like I'll have to get on their forums. Doesn't seem like the most professional way to communicate with someone you're doing business with, but......whatever works at this point

I didn't know about the email issue until after speaking with Bill. I have actually had great results on the forum and had my problems resolved almost immediately. I just wanted to pass on the information that I had and hope that it will help you.

I've always been able to talk with somebody when I use the live chat during their posted hours.

Do you have to download some software in order to "Live Chat", or can you just hit "Live Chat" and start typing in a window that "pops up"? The reason I ask; last night I was on the site and hit live chat (after-hours, I know) to see what would happen, and it looked like I had to purchase some live chat software in order to use it. I am using Safari, but that shouldn't matter, right? The live chat should work with multiple browsers I would think.

I can guarantee you should not have to "purchase" anything. This new "live chat" may possibly work only with IE and it looks like it could work with Firefox. I have not tried it yet with either. But, some applications are coded so they only work with specific browsers. I ran into one of these two days ago.

Okay, I'll just try during "chat" hours and see what happens.

Yeah you should be fine. You do have to sign up to create an account though. You just use your email address and create a password. Not sure if Safari will cause problems or not though.

John, they've changed to a different "chat" application now.

Well, I see my local tuner is on the list!

Roughly, 40 road miles to Troyer's. The folks there suggested my best bet was the tuner and tunes I got, and am very happy with. Good call on their part.
