3v power

Justin has some dyno's up on the VMP Tuning website forum.

Here's what he says about the truck he dyno'd in this tune:

Jason wanted to wake up his 05 F150 5.4L 3v so I had him install exhaust, intake, and then he brought it to me for an SCT X2 and Dynotune. This truck still had stock tires and stock 3.73 gears.

Here's the dyno:

Looks like it went from 210 hp to 240 hp if I'm reading it correctly.

Not sure what the hp is on a 2 valve, but this answers half of your question.

I ordered my SCT X3 from Justin and I am very happy with it so far! I got the performance, tow, and mileage all in 87 octane and I have yet to try the tow and mileage tunes. Plus I got my X3 in the mail with the tunes loaded on it in about a week and a half! And Im on the other side of the country from him. Can't beat that!

I travelled over 300 miles last night on my 87 mileage tune and didnt even use half a tank...My tank is 35 gallons, so with rough calculations (no Lie meter) I believe I got right around 18 MPG with all freeway driving And thats with 33x12.50 Toyo Mud Terrains. But I wont be able to tell for sure until I fill up again. I am a little sketched out after the tunes on whether or not my speedometer is correct though....And Im not sure how accurate the mile markers on the freeway are, but it seemed like I was going roughly 1.1 to 1.2 miles on my odometer to every 1 mile marker
