I sent in my sheets on July 17. I was told it was a 6 week wait. I sent an email in last week looking for a status update as it has now been 8 weeks. Still waiting for a reply. I wonder if I have to wait another 8 weeks just to get a response to my email looking for a status update? They sure had no problems taking my money, but I would say they sure lack in customer support/response. I hope the wait is sure worth it. I am also in Canada so it is tempting to ask for a refund and re-purchase as the dollar is better than when I originally purchased back in July.

Update:93 performance

Just filled up with sunoco 93 (pretty pricey!) and installed 93 perfomance tune . To be honest, haven't really noticed much difference from 87, but will give it a few drive cycles. Overall, very pleased with the tuner and the service I received!!
