Crystal called back today

Got a call back from Crystal today at around noon confirming she got my e- mail. She talked to Mike and according to him my tunes will be done first part of next week. Could be shipped out by next Wed! I've read some people on here bashing Troyers customer service, but everytime you call there, someone's always there to answer the phone, and they're usually pretty helpful. Man I can't wait until next week!!!!

Getting Excited

Faxed sheets June 25th, information was missing
Sent email with the needed information June 30th.

Received shipment notice Sept. 7th with a delivery date of the 12th.

This is not intended to bash Troyer Performance. We all know what we are in for when we order, this is meant as information only.

Went with the exhaust, 3.5" AF1 and Xcal. I will post my thoughts when I get it up and going, hopefully Wednesday

Not to bum you out Gotts2BMe

Got my tuner yesterday, but was to late in the evening when I got home to do anything w/ it. Getting dressed to go out and reinstall Volant box and install tunes. Will post back on how I like them!!! Can't wait, can't wait, can't wait!

Installed tuner

Installed tuner this morning and WOW! What a difference. Feels like a whole new truck! Question about reprogramming though and I know this has been covered in this thread but I'll ask anyway, do I have to return to stock before reprogramming? Also when reprogramming will tuner always read "calibrating pcm" and "erasing module" and "downloading"? Tried this already and tuner did this, and DID NOT upload a new tune. First programmed the 87 tow tune and then tried 87 performance and it didn't upload anything but rather erased module and downloaded pcm info. Anybody please help!

Hi Mitch;

Glad you like it.

You do not need to return to stock to switch tunes. Not sure what your specific issue is.... as I've never had that occur. I'd try it again.

(You could also just give 'em a quick call, if it in fact is not switching tunes, and isn't user error )

Good luck.
