You can actually talk to others besides Mike. They all know their stuff and would be able to give you a price. I'm not sure why you think you'd have to talk to Mike only to get the price?

2. What type of issues? It's pretty easy to do
3. They will tell you it's up to you (and it is) check out the other thread going right now about programming choices. It is all pretty much your choice.
BTW I wasn't talking about you being disrespectful but more about you probably won't get anyone to give you a price here on the boards.

Yeah if you haven't changed it, just write "stock" next to it (that's what I did). The forms are meant for all their different tuning work so some things might not affect you (I had a whole lot that I left blank or wrote "stock" in).
Hi DavesF-150,
No, there's not a specific spark plug that you need to run other than stock,
Now if you have added total power gains of about 75 HP or more over stock, or are running a supercharger, in *that* case, we do want to drop down to a plug that is 1 heat range colder than stock to reduce the detonation threshold. For example, in the 2004 & up 5.4 3V engine which uses those weird special deep/long spark plugs (the theory being to increase lower rpm torque the way the ETC system & retarded VTC setup is calibrated) for which NOBODY makes a cooler heat range just yet, you use the 2005 Mustang GT set of plugs, as they are 1 heat range colder than the stock truck plugs. Then if it's a 2003 or earlier 2-valve V8 motor (or 4.2 V6), then that is simple, as you have all kinds of different suitable spark plugs - all the way down to 4-6 heat ranges colder than stock!
We really have that spark plug section in those CPW's sheets as a carry-over, it's really something that came from our drag racers who tend to "read" their plugs often (meaning pulling them often to look at them), to give us an idea of what they're seeing if they use a plug scope - any dimpling or other signs of inaudible detonation in a racing situation with open headers, etc. So for most vehicles today it's really not applicable - but we still leave it in there anyway because we tune all kinds of vehicles - drag trucks, race cars, etc.
So it's really nothing to worry about - a lot of owners of these trucks have never even pulled their plugs to look at them, and if that is the case, you can simply say that on the form and not worry about.
And don't worry, asking about price being "disrespectful" per se, it's really not - it's just something we can't discuss here on the boards of F-150 Online in this section, that's all.
Also, your selection of tunes, 89 Tow, 91 Perf & 93 Perf sounds fine - that way, between your stock tune and your 3 new custom tunes, you have tunes for both 87 & 89 towing, and you have performance tunes for both 91 and 93 octane - so you've got a pretty darned nice & very flexible configuration there.
Congrats on your order!
