I sure have noticed there are a lot more diesels than I thought.. Every moan roar and rumble I hear I catch myself looking out the window for the UPS truck.. One of our complex neighbors has a Volvo SW and I never knew it was a diesel until today.....

Hey EVO,

Good to see you again!

It's been some time, so I don't remember what all we have discussed - and I don't remember just off the top of my head what we did with your tuning since it's been awhile, but just FYI - I CAN provide baseline tuning that will allow you to go ahead and install that ported blower and MAF extender and be safe to drive until you can datalog. Since you picked up those parts, we have done a lot of dynoing & datalogging of that exact combo, and feel very comfortable with being able to do that for you - so whenever you get a chance, please give me a call and I'll go over what is in your last tuning and see if I need to change anything to allow you to go ahead and slap on the ported blower & MAF extender & start driving it right away in that configuration!

Just trying to help, as I'd like to see you enjoying all your new mods, Peter - and we can make sure that you have proper tuning that would allow you to install those parts & start driving right away, until you can get it datalogged!

Talk to you soon,

Evo,
The hood is a reflexxions cobra style cowl hood. It is a steel hood. The fit was good and needed no body work before paint.

I think I saw that UPS truck stuck in a line of traffic getting out of the way of the hurricane.

The driver was off loading packages to save fuel.

Hey T Ellenberger,

Just wanted to drop a note to say hello!

The pictures of the traffic jams on the Interstate from those leaving Houston, etc. where amazing - a lot of those poor people were there for 18+ hours, running out of gas on the road, etc. And then about 12 hours later, the Interstate was completely deserted - scary.

Thank God the current storm dropped from a strong Category 5 to a middling #3 (still dangerous of course) - we do have a few people in those areas that have been affected by the last 2 big storms in terms of their UPS deliveries being late - mostly UPS stopping delivery in expectation of landfall of the current storm.

We'll just be glad when it's all over nd all those people can get back to their normal lives, etc. - especially the people in MS & LA that were devastated - what a mess.

Anyway, didn't mean to get off on a tangent - I really just wanted to say hello!
