thanks guys, that link you have MRLSU2U seems like a good deal also. i see it has a cutting compound and finish polish. could i use those for a average "need a polish" paint? it has its normal water marks and some other imperfections, nothing drastic. then just buy my own wax?

Smaller pads will give you more rpms (power) and flexibility so whatever kit you get if you are going to get serious...save time and additional shipping and get a smaller 3.5 backing plate and a few 4" pads.
The detailing Rabbit Hole is deep.
