Three hours later...

After reading mountains of postings in the care and detailing section, I gave it a go this morning. This is the first time I ever did more than just a paste wax. I started with a wash, then a microfiber dry, then a clay treatment, followed by another microfiber dry, then a Megs Gold to finish it off with a power buffer. She shines pretty good now compared to my Sig picture. The blue is deeper! Took over three hours, but she is smooth as a baby's butt.

Check it out:

And Just for fun I also cleaned the Motorcycle:

Thanks for all the previous posters to give me something to work from!

Yeah, and I think it drives faster now

Next project will be step bars so my wife and kids can get in as well as a cover for the bed and some larger tires.

Only took you 3 hours?

Can that really be called an addiction yet?

J/K trucks look great and it sure feels good to sit back and admire your hard work.

My wife would say it is! This is my fourth F150, but by far the nicest. Kinda sad when you have been driving trucks for 16 years and you still get excited to take it for a spin!
