Shucky Durn! -- new dent

So today was the first camping trip with the new rig...just got my truck all looking good....backing in the spot...I ran over a pole...jacked up the front qtr panel.

It will have to be replaced.

This KR is bad luck.

Sounds like a short in between the steering wheel and the seat

Just kiddin w/ya. That sucks about the dent but it's probably the cleanest dent on the road right?

Maybe it's just King Ranches in general. heehee

My grandfather called me tonight and backed his 06 KR up after dark not remembering that he had a flatbed trailer still attached. Jack knifed it and put out one of his tail lights.

Leaving for camping/offroading trip tomorrow. Hope I don't mess something up too. Put on a fresh coat of wax today to help with the rub marks.

I cannot post the photos from the campsite...but will do when we get home on Sunday.

It's not too bad after looking at in the daylight but depending the angle it can look pretty mangled.

Oh well. Back to the body shop.

Have a good weekend guys.

I think the forum ad min changed the name, prob a good thing as I was rather hot when I posted and it could be considered offensive.

Didn't you just get it back from a body shop?

Well sort of. I was broken into on March 11th and the truck was fixed two weeks after that. I had to wait to polish so that the paint was fully cured.

With all the rain we had last weekend was the day. Just in time for me to get in a hurry and put a dent in it.

Called the body shop and will take in next week. Verbal quote of 1100 bucks.

Lets try this again.

Here are two photos of the new look.

The photos make it appear a little worse.

apprecaite it...

Good news for my wife. I get to detail her car using the PoorBoys stuff.

I get to visit the body shop to get the estimate this week. Maybe I will get the "frequent shoppers" discount.
