Mud Flaps

I am planning to purchase mud flaps for my 2002 Ford F-150 King Ranch Crew Cab. What brand should I go for?

I put WeatherTech ones on my 2014 truck and they fit perfectly. I THINK I had Husky ones on my 2005 truck, but I can't be certain. They also fit perfectly.

However, both were of the "no drill" style and they are very durable and look good.

I put WeatherTech mud flaps on as well at the same time I installed my wheel well liners. The wheel well liners make it a bit tricky squeezing everything back together, but it was still an easy install... just frustrating lol. Without wheel well liners it would've been a 5 minute install doing all 4.

I had the weathertech on my '06 screw , and That's what I put on my '15 platinum screw . They fit well and aren't that bulky looking . 45/70SS

Weathertechs here too.. Here is the closest pic I have of them..

They work pretty good for going thru puddles in a parking lot, but you will still get mud on the fenders when going fast, but I like them better than not having anything at all.

I agree. In the winter it just doesn't matter what you have for flaps around here, it's gunna get extremely dirty everywhere. In the fall after I installed them, they definitely cut down on the mud/dirt/debris though. Big improvement - especially on a black truck. Just wish everyone else cared as much as we do with our flaps... I don't appreciate rocks and debris being flung at me because people are lazy d-bags.

I'm more concerned about stone chips from dirt roads.

I put Weathertech on the back axle, and my front mud flaps are sitting in my kitchen waiting for their turn. Spozed to be 50 degrees this weekend. I'll jump out there and slap em on.

I'll jump on the Weather Tech bandwagon. I put them on my '09 Silverado & it was a piece of cake. Got a '16 F150 last week and will order them today.

I put OEM on mine, but after seeing a couple of trucks with the Weather Tech ones, I wished I had done the same. They were about the same cost.

Hold that thought.

I'm waiting for my phone to upload the photos to my Google Drive so I can crop and edit them. I want everyone to see how they look on my 2015, and why I cannot approve or recommend Weather Tech mud flaps.

We have a shop in town that makes their own. They look like branded ones but forget which brand. Rears are a bit wider than front. Very robust built quality.

Those are nice looking. I like how they go down that far. Thought the factories were good, and for the most part they look good, but wish they were a little bit longer since I drive down gravel when going to the inlwaws.
