Front Grill Ford Emblem

Does anyone know of a good place to buy a new front grill Ford Emblem for my 2007 F150? I want a Ford one... not something that says Peterbilt, or something dumb. I want OEM.

I take it a rock hit it from driving on the highway and the laminated plastic is now coming apart.

Does anyone know if they improved the quality on the new one I'd be buying?

I will check my local dealers around town... if not, I'll get it from Tasca. $10.00 for shipping makes me laugh. I think I will call them if all else fails.

Shipping USPS should be like $5 or less for an emblem that weighs a couple ounces.

On certain parts. I notice that sometimes it is cheaper to go to the local dealer. It sometimes pays to shop around.

Besides, it's not hurting me or my truck having a gross looking emblem. The only thing it's hurting is the advertising for FoMoCo's quality.

Well, I got mine from Tasca... for roughly $27.

Ford dealers in my area wanted $62. Whatta rip.

They didn't even budge when I showed them the price from Tasca... they told me they can't sell it for less than what they payed for it. BS.

Speaking of emblems, does anyone know where to get black emblems made? I used to get them from patriot decals but they won't/can't make them anymore.

Just a Heads-Up for you M_150, the Emblem may not what you need. I ordered one from Taska for the front of My 07...what they sent was an Emblem for something else, it was a 9" Emblem, but had clips, not studs to put the nuts on. Wrong emblem all together, I thought I was getting a deal also..hope you have better luck

Tasca sent me the wrong one. I informed them of the issue on their website, but they haven't fixed it yet. The one they sent me was for the Super Duty.

The part number for the first one they sent me was 5C3Z8213AA and cost $17.86.
The correct one they sent me the second time was part number 4L3Z1542528AB and cost $31.27.

And I doubt a rock had anything to do with it. They have been falling apart all on their own. It has happened to quite a few members.

I swear it looks like it... but the other odd thing is that it is starting to do it around the F now.. and I looked at it close up with a magnifying glass and I don't see anything wrong, but it is starting to come apart.

Since it has been raining out, it's bubbling even more... it's starting to look very gross!
