Angry Got a nice "custom" paint job today... HELP

Let's just start with the picture:

I saw people repainting the white lines near the entrance to a school and apparently they also repainted the orange turn lane out in the road without putting any sort of warning. I got to school at 11 and saw my new paint job and died a little on the inside. What can I do to get this off?? Sorry for the bad pic, its off my Iphone. If need be, I'll take better pictures when I get home at 7:30.

The paint is on the mirror cap, door handles, a few specs on the front window, front wheel well, back bumper and a little on the rear wheel. And on the more obvious doors and back tire.

Thanks yall,
-Barrett

Ouch! I don't even know where to start man. Clay might get a little bit off, but whatever process you undertake will be a pretty serious one. Did any get on the rims?

I say add some more orange highlights to the truck and roll with it! I would try and contact whoever was doing the painting and raise hell. Was is City/Town workers or a private contractor doing the actual painting?

There looks like there are a few specs on the back rim. I think I saw a private contractors truck parked a little bit down the road from where I believe I hit the paint.

Oh man i would be crying like a baby! Why dont you throw this in the care and detailing section so some of the old pro's can tell you what to do. Sorry to see that, you have a good looking pickup.

Really hoping yall can help me out Jason! Calling the county in charge of putting the paint down when I get home though just in case they want to pay for it.

The only thing I can think of is to take some 2000 grit sand paper and go to town wet sanding it. Then buff and polish and then a few days later wax it. You can get away with a light sand job taking the yellow off and barely taking some of the original clear off, its gonna take awhile with that much paint that did get on your truck.

Heres a quick vid.... Instead of just rubbing it by hand like he did in the vid I suggest a variable orbital buffer
