I wish I did it that way, lol. I kept taking the headlight out, adjusting it, refitting it, it didn't work, took it out, adjusted it, refitted it, it didn't work, took it out, refitted it, finally worked, tightened it down, lol. But you know what? The alignment of my headlights only took a couple of minutes that way. You catch on a routine to make it easier, quicker, and it works. After all, one you get it adjusted, you won't need to do it again until you lift, lower, or level anyway. I'd rather spend an extra few minutes than an extra few bucks personally.

im not sure, ive never looked at how 04+ headlights work.
if they have the rear mounted adjusters like the 97-03s then the tool will work

Glare covers. Whoever has the lighting heads, are the glare covers on yours no completely round? Each side of the cone looks like they have been chewed off, but i was looking at other trucks with them and they have that too... confused...

Ok but all i need is this answer and Im set. The 3 bars and screws that go into back of the housing, how are the screws on urs? Like, are the screws half on the bars, 3/4 way back, or what? And which ones are which? That would honestly solve everything
