Did DDM Send me the right stuff ?

Hey Guys I was on here a couple weeks ago and DDM said they are going to file a claim w/ UPS and want me to send the broken bulb back to them, then they'll send it back to UPS and then refund me so I asked if they would pay for the shipping to them, and if they will send me a bulb in the meantime. They haven't gotten back to me, I believe because it is the New Years

Well I decided to set everything up on my floor in the house first to see how its set up, It looks like they didn't send me everything I need ???

Here's some pics. See what y'all think.

Fog Lights: What Are the bare metal wires for ?

Headlights Bi-Xenon

Does that look like all the stuff,

Where does the power go to to turn on the Fogs ? Does it just use the power from the OEM plug

*also on the how to from their website they said to put the black end from the harness to the (-) negative side & (+) to the postive side. When I have heard guys on here say to connect the black end to a grounding screw inside the engine bay.

Looks like everythings there, besides the blub you mentioned.

for the fogs you have to splice/tap into the factory wiring/plugs

and for the headlight wiring harness i just ran the negative to the battery

i ve used these , they work well. Put the (+) from the factory wiring and (+) from the hids, (you cut off the metal piece and use that wire. in one tap, and do the same thing with the (-)'s

My Raptor kit didn't have to splice of mess with any of that. For the fogs it just took the factory plug and plugged it into the harness adapter for the Ballast.

If you plan on keeping your truck, don't use the exposed pin harness. Just buy a 9005 or9006 (don't remember which is the right one) male connector and make up your own weather tight harness. Taping over the connector will lead to connection issues.

Looks good Carolina, I see you finally got the black headlamps in. And nice carpet in your house.

However, threads like these make me confused about HIDs, seeing the positive feedback helps me believe I can do it, then seeing troubleshooting issues makes me doubt myself . I hope to get HIDs at some point, and hope they are as direct plug in as possible and last long enough since I do alot of night driving.
