Some Recent Updates I thought I'd share!
Little Update:

New HVAC Trim, Roush Vent Gauge Pod (I didn't realize the chrome trim didn't come with it, so I still have to get that. I also have some gauges; somewhere... :o ). Also a new Dash cubby (my old one was all hacked up from the CB radio, and the toggle from the under dash neon from so long ago...

MPH this time
But it also came with a new gauge selector! yay... I feel kinda bad wasting TASCA's time having them look up that part number, but I'm sure I'll buy more stuff from them!

See, new cubby? (and that's my air freshener if you were wondering..)

Roush Vent gauge holder. The long term plan is for a Boost gauge, because turbo V6's are cool
But also to replace the coin holder with a S2000 push button start. I may end up putting in a EGT gauge or I've even thought about a clock!

New vents installed. You know, when I ordered these I wasn't sure about the silver. Now that it's here I actually really like the silver. It's the chrome ring I'm not so sure about. I may sand the chrome with a 500 grit or something for more of a brushed looked. But I'm gonna sit on it for awhile; see if I get used to these or not.
The big part is the cluster. I did a test start and all the gauges are reading what they are supposed to, so that's good. But I still haven't gone on a test drive yet, so we'll see how that goes.
Should be fun.

Okay so good news and bad news:
Good:
All the gauges work great, including the trip meter, woo.
Bad:
The dome light still dosen't turn on at all when the doors are opened (they won't even turn on manually until the key is to at least accessory mode) and only stays on for *maybe* 30 seconds when you turn off the truck.
Also while the ODO/Trip Screen works, it dosen't light up. I'm hoping that's a simple bulb switch (while LED's would be nice, I do have two other clusters sitting around, anyone think I could pull a bulb from one of them?)
Oh, and maybe someone will know this, but did the better optioned trucks have an out door temperature gauge? I only ask because the top row in that ODO/Trip screen reads, " ---------°F" (Whereas the KPH Cluster read, "----------°C")
Thanks!

you have a good looking truck man! it just needs hub caps! the only thing that bothers me!
not saying your truck is this way. ive seen trucks that have ratty ol flaking chrome rims with hub caps and it just finishes the wheel. if you had hub caps it'd help alo, but i see you are gonna change eventually. Keep it up man! (btw that 4.2 sounds manlier than my 4.6)

Haha, the center cap issue comes up again! I don't have them off because I like it better.. I sorta lost one, and I think it looks dumb with just 3 of them. But I would like other wheels eventually. I thought I was going to pick up a set of 18" FX4 Wheels, but the deal fell though (my fault, not his; long story).
Thanks for the compliment on the exhaust, that totally makes my day.
Cheers!

Wow I haven't updated this in awhile...
Anyway while I haven't done much aftermarket lately, I did that road rally, drove to Chicago and then to Louisiana and back.
Question though, it's been so hot that the adhesive holding my Saleen S331 side vents on has melted and fallen off. I'm thinking of doing something different instead of replacing them (Maybe 13' + Badges?). But a lot of the adhesive is left on the fender. Any ideas on how to get that off without hurting the paint?
Thanks in advance!

So, tomorrow is the big day for my 60K maintenance.
Woo.
I'll post up everything that I get done, and whatever random pictures that I take at the dealer. (Maybe some '13 F150's?) Also I need new tires. I found some that are a bit smaller than what I'm running now, but as I want to actually lower her soon (this month maybe, whoa!) I think that having a slightly lower side wall will not only reduce some rubbing issues (if any) and put me that much closer to the ground.
I found this pretty cool tire size tool: Tire Size Calculator
With that I mad this comparison:
Column I: OEM Hankook's
Column II: Current General's
Column III: Future BF Goodrich's
If you have any thoughts or suggestions, make 'em quick. I'm gonna try and get this stuff started tomorrow!
