Anyone know if there is a rattle can spray paint that is close in color to the '04-'08 Dark Shadow Grey?

 

i bought some of the touch can paint from the dealer, expensive but an exact match

 

I was thinking about rattle-canning my FX4 fender flares, just to see how they come out. They are all chalky now. And before I round file them and spend 4 bills on Bushwackers I thought I would just try it out as a quick fix, for now??

 

IMO it's alot of work taking them off and sanding them smooth, but it only takes times.

I was thinking of some black side steps too. They would be easy to paint as well. I already have all DSG FX2 front end on my FX4 (since the accident)
Even my FX2 grille is DSG.

 

Your welcome. Im gonna be doing my handles, flares and top half of my mirrors when it warms up here in Michigan. I wonder what DSG side steps would look like.

 

Just like the FX2. But I doubt they are cheap from Ford. Better to do black aftermarket and paint or powdercoat.
