Help, found HID headlights on while switched off.

Last night went outside and noticed yhe headlight were on on my 2005 F-150. My headlights were switched off and were off when I locked up the truck.

I have had Bi-xenon HIDs installed for nearly the past year. I had disconnected and reconnected the balasts earlier in the day yesterday. Everything operated fine after the reconnection of the balasts.

The headlights were on full bright and were unresponsive to headlight switch inputs. I had to pull the fuse to the HID relay in order to kill the headlights and not discharge my battery.

I need help to rectify this situation. Electrical systems are a weakness for me and I don't know where to begin. I don't want to have to control my headlights by pulling and replacing the fuse. Could I be having a problem with the relay?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Disregard this. Your ballasts are fine. If your using a relay then it failed. Just go and replace your relay with a new one and you should be good to go. There's no way two ballasts would fail at the same time.

I agree that it is the relay. The ballasts are fine. I did some troubleshooting after I placed the post.

My problem is identifying the relay which was attached to the kit's harness. I have attached a photo of the relay's 8-pin connection and a scan of the label(Chinese).

Thanks for you help.
