I'm glad you are satisfied with my service. I'm sure you will be happy with your kit.

For the rest, we still have one opening for buy one get one free. Take advantage of this offer while it lasts.

A relay was provided in your kit. You shouldn't have those issues as stated the other thread. But if you do, let me know and I'll walk you through it and solve the problem.

I read that same thread and ordered two sets of relays because I wanted to make sure I didn't have any problems. What is your return policy on two sets of unopened Relay kits from your website

ya I would rather play it safe on this one plus I have always believed if its worth doing its worth doing right. And realistically it was a cheap $30 insurance policy to make sure that I could have them up and running by tomorrow evening. Act once then think about those actions a thousand times after it has happened that is about the story of my life.

Full refund within 30 days of order minus $5 shipping.
We provide a relay for all Bi-Xenon kits.
Did you order the additional relays on our website (www.xenonlink.com)?
Because when we spoke you only ordered the H13 Bi-Xenon and the free kit.
Anyways, you'll have 30 days full refund for anything unused minus the shipping.

I totally understand. But that's our company policy, I have no control on that.
But hey I would still honor the warranty if it so happens the one year warranty just expired. But if it's like a few months after the warranty expired then there's nothing I can do. I always do my best to satisfy the customers.
We've being in this business for over 4 years. We've always done wholesale and still am. It's just recently we've decided to sell direct to the end users.
