I received my free kit today. I haven't opened it yet but I got it. I also wanted to say that these lights really shine in the snow. They're 6000k. I didn't know what to expect in the snow and I have to say I was impressed. Visibilty is much better than anything I've driven before.

I love how much better they are in the snow! I can't say enough good things about HID's I will never own another vehicle with out them.
Even with Regular Hi/Lo kits you'll still have high beams. Just that your high beam would be in halogen bulb not HID. Only Bi-Xenon will let you have both high and low beam with HID.
Need help and have some ????
I have a set of bi-xenon hid in my 08 f150 and in an 07 f150......Low beams work great but when you have the fog lights on and then try to use high beams the highs will not shut off..............But if you have the old bulb in the empty socket then everything works great. My question is can I buy a spare relay harness and plug it in on the empty socket for the driver bulb will this fix my problem. Next question is I have seen that the 07 and 08 f150 take the 9140 bulb for the fog lights but they only make a 9145 hid...some people have had problems with the housings for the fog light getting to hot is this the case and is there a fix.......

We never had this issue with our Bi-Xenon HIDs.
Additional relay might help, but again I'm not sure because your HID is not ours.
9145 and 9140 both are the same. Its also known as H10.
Housing getting hot is normal. How hot are you talking about?
Can you tell me does your HID bulb comes with 2 wires or 3 wires connection?
We never had this issue with our Bi-Xenon HIDs.

Hot, I have heard of some mealting the housing
I would say you'll need an additional relay for the other side of your headlight. But again I can't be sure if this will solve your problem since your HID kit is not our product.
Please let us know if the additional relay fixes the problem.
Regards to the melting of the housing. The HID bulb must be too close to the housing. Rule of thumb, there must be inch of distance from the tip of HID to the housing. If the tip of the HID is too close or touching the housing then it'll melt the housing. This should be the main cause for melting of the housing.
