Anything relating to HID
Im dealing with them right now. I talked to someone in tech services and so far they have been pretty good. I have to send my headlight kit back to them so ill see in a few days!!! Im having problems with the headlight kit, seems my truck doesnt like them. My works work perfect but the headlights keep going out.

I talked to Don one of Xenonlink's tech advisors he went over my kit and I explained the problems I have been having with the kit. He had the kit bench tested replaced a few parts and it is being shipped back to me. The customer service and warranty response have been great.
has anyone heard from this company? I sent my full kit in for a refund and they signed for it on dec 30th. After a few emails saying they will issue the refund they quit replying to any of my emails. I had nothing but problems with my kit and paid to ship my bulbs once an then paid to ship the whole kit back. I never bash companies but given the time frame they have had I think there down right *****ty!
