Where are these HID kits being shipped from? And where would buyers have to send them back to in the rare case of warranty work? I've had the bad luck of having to send a kit back to China for a warrany claim - it cost me $ 50. So, in the end it's not worth it.

i have a question for you:
I have a single beam H13 kit for my headlights. Will bi-xenon bulbs work with the current ballast I have?

I am wanting to order replacement bulbs so I can have the ability to use high beams...but do not want to order another $200 kit. I already have relays hooked up in the current wiring

We ship from the USA. If for some reason you need to return to file for warranty claim, our return location is in California. So you won't have a headache on waiting and spending a chunk of money on postage.

Please tell me when did you brought your HID kit? If is within the last year then yes. Starting 2007 all our bulbs and ballast are universal fit. Which means our bulbs and ballast can fit any other brand HID that's on the market.

Our HID bulbs should fit your current ballast. To be sure, can you take a picture of your bulb wire connectors. Your connector should be a female and male and round connectors.
Cost for a set of Bi-Xenon bulbs is $75 (free 2~3 days shipping).

We stand behind our quality. Have you used DDM's products? If so, how's their quality. The most important part on the Bi-Xenon is the motor used inside. A lower quality of motor will result in a lower selling cost.
We use quality motors and components in our products. From what I see they must using lower grade components to provide such below market value.
Please let me know how DDM's HID work out.

I just checked out DDM's website, and noticed something. Their bulb doesn't state it's Bi-Xenon. It only states it's Hi/Lo. Also, how much will DDM charge you for shipping?
My shipping is free and it's 2~3 days. Just something I figure you guys should be aware of before purchasing.

there are a few threads on this site right now with guys using the DDM products that are loving them, so thats what im going off of.

Thus far, we all know more about the DDM product than your product because some members of this site have them. Personal use and testimony is worth way more to most of us than what someone says about the one product they sell.

Im not saying anything bad about your product, but no one on here has it and until they do and we get feedback from f150 owners, I personally will lean towards the stuff thats already in use by guys on this forum
