Projectors look great when their on, but my friends got some and their not to bright. I've seen a pair of all clear headlights on Ebay (factory design but with no reflector or yellow turn bulb) which look pretty good. Throw some HID lights in there and it'll light up everything!

I thought about getting the JDM version of these (JDM meaning black, not chrome), but have heard mixed reviews of them, plus most aren't compatible with HID's since the bulbs are too close to the lens when installed (would work until they melted, lol).

So I settled on getting the HD-style heads with HID's and plan on adding my own custom halos (angel eyes) to add my own flair.

If you're just wanting projectors with regular halogens (no HID's unless you're brave and want to try anyways) then go for it. They look good and add some style to the front end. Please add pics when/if you do buy them.

A friend of mine bought some of these new projector headlights off ebay, and within a week they were letting in moisture, blowing bulbs, etc. He notified the seller, and they were good enough to send him another set. Second set....same thing. He notified the seller again, and told him he wasn't interested anymore, and they gave him back his money.

I like the ones with the black housing better, but it's probably like everything else...you get what you pay for.

If you buy lights off ebay be sure to seal them up very well... I got mine off ebay and the light pattern is terrible, they have not leaked or fogged up cause i did seal them up *knock on wood* if i could get the oem's apart id smash the ebay ones up just for the clear reflector and swap it into the oe haeads.

i think they would look good on a white truck.

check out the "best headlight competition" thread there is a white truck in there with lights that are similar to this but not quite the same. His truck also looks very good with them, and i even hate the projectors.

be frivalous and spend your money like you have too much in the first place, otherwise this site will take the rest of it away in some other little mod that you hear about tomorrow. LOL
