Take a flathead screwdriver, wedge it behind it and tap the butt with a hammer. What's that? You don't want to repaint your truck? Oh, um, yeah check with mark.

Actually now that I think about it, I took some off another vehicle of mine. I heated it up with a hairdryer first, then took a piece of fishing line, doubled it up and twisted it, then slid it under and worked it up and down like a saw.

use fishing wire and work it.....there are two leveling pins behind the fender logos that you have to work around....same on the tail gate....be patient and so it at the hottest time of the day when the glue is a gooey as possible...also a serrated kitchen knife works if you are careful.....i was and my paint is PERFECT

but dont use a knife on the tailgate ford logo because its in the tailgate a little bit and you will mess up your paint...just on the f150 emblems

I would also use a heat gun if available, get it around the edges of the badges to ease the process a little more.

I used regular ol' dental floss when I removed my badges off a previous vehicle of mine. Worked like a charm.
