Cool Fender Flare Recommendations

I was wondering if anyone would like to give me recommendations on Fender Flares for my truck. As in brand, style, color (black or PTM).
Any and all opinions will be appreciated, thanks.

I think it's EGR that makes the smooth looking flares. I personally like them best.

If your looking for a smooth flare EGR is probably your best bet. Personally I would go with the Bushwacker Pocket style flares PTM.

Been lookin myself

I discovered a company called ATS Designs... they have flares you can get at places like autoanything.com ....$550 for a factory match paint or $250 for unfinished....

If you dig around the ATS site they have a pretty neat custom F150 that has the flares on it so you can see what they look like. This is the link to the galery page where I found the F150

All my research seems to point me in that direction, just not ready to plunk down the dough as my 325/60/18's aren't on my 04 FX4...yet.

Unless you need them for legal reasons, I'd spend the money elsewhere.

FX4 flares if I had to choose.

I'm with FoMoCoFan here. Your truck looks slick with out em. I really like our trucks, especially the DSG without any fender flares, but thats my opinion.

If your set on em, EGR's are nice, but I think the factory FX4's would look the best. Maybe you can get some of the guys on here to help you with PhotoShop.

Ever think about takin that "4x4" sticker off ? Just another appearence mod to throw out there for ya ! And much cheaper !

I like how it looks without them as well. But unfortunately i do need them for legal reasons. I was pricing some of these things online and i'm amazed at how expensive they are.

I first bought the street scene smooth flares, take it from me they are crappy. After sending those back i got the bushwacker pocket flares and absolutely love them. they look good and get tons of compliments. I did a show last month next to an f150 that had a sick paint job and the EGR flares, needless to say he has pocket flares now.

I do love the look of those pocket flares, and i havent seen to many trucks around my area that have them. Did you have to have those painted, or can you order them in the color of your truck?

I had to have them painted, they come in a sort of flat black. If i remember right it was only 75 bucks per flare. well worth it though

Hmmm, maybe the black would look alright with my truck. I suppose i could always just have them painted if i really wanted to afterwards. Where's a good place to buy those Bushwacker Pocket Flares from? And are they easy to install?

Thanks.

Without fender flares is a pretty sweet look sometimes, but, a truck looks better with flares on it than rock clips all down the doors after lifting with aggressive tires that stick out more, does their damage Thats why I want fender flares.
