For the guys saying they are getting flashed when they have their fogs on. I read somewhere thats pretty common because there is nothing sitting in front of the bulb like in the headlight housing. To fix that they took some aluminum foil and wrapped that around the front of the light to knock down the glare.

Just someone else's fix I thought I would throw out there. I try and find the post that had that.

I this how they are suppose to work? Mine do not do this. I might try and change the wires around and see if that helps my problem with the hi lo thing.

well i finally got my kit in this morning. hopefully after i run my errands i will get them in with my hella heads since i got thge day off. pics to follow

well i was trying to install my HID's but i think i may have gotten the wrong kit, and now i lost my low beams on my passenger side. Highs still work. Any suggestions?

i have been debating between 6000K and 5000K and i think you just made up my mind on that.. thanks buddy

How come most of the bulbs are for low beam,i cant find 9004in high/low or do all the kits for high/low

i doubt those old f150s havea single bulb for both high and low. all chevys are like that. Just get a regular HID kit for you bulb type, it will be brighter than your current highbeams by 3x.

can you guys help me out, i just purchased the xentech kit from hid4u off ebay and the 9005's plugged right up, but the h13's you have to stick these to prongs into the stock harness, how did u do it, they wont fit,should i try and trim them down and stick em in there, and tape it up good??

and which prongs go where ???
