How to delete the Ford logo on grill??

Hi,

I would like to delete the ford logo on my grill, as well as paint my grill black, I like the look of Patman's super crew, and i searched on the site and cant seem to find a thread showing how to delete the emblem/logo?

if someone could point me in the right direction, I would gladly appreciate it.

Thanks!

Curtis

Dont think so. You'll have to wait for him to chime in on this one

Curtis

It says right on there that it's photoshoped.
You can remove the stock Ford emblem by removing the two screws on the back, but then you have to fab something up to take care of the flat spot. It seems much easier to r/r with an aftermarket grill

yes. he took 2 stock honeycomb grilles and cut out the emblem on one and replaced it with a section from the other. from what he said, its not very easy.

I dont have enough posts to PM him, so maybe he will see this and chime in and let me know.

Are there any aftermarket grills to stay away from? I am just looking for a vertical bar, not an overlay one, an actual grill,

Curtis
