At least I won't be lied to. Tasca told me upfront of the shortage/timeframe. Titus said (on the 14th) that they had one of mine ready to go and that the other would be released from the packager at anytime. 10 days later...bupkiss! Also, after hearing how johnwill's were packaged, I can wait.

Ditto! The chrome really stands out on the black trucks. If I thought I'd recover half my cost in the parts (for the old units) I might consider this.

I'll be keeping the tails on my Platinum... wouldn't look right without the chrome IMHO... in fact I kinda like the tails with the chrome...

That said, I will be ordering the HD headlights! I've wanted something like that from day one! My wifes black Limited Expy has the dark headlights and black grill and looks incredible... the chrome in the headlights on my Plat. are the one thing I can't stand! Thanks goodness there's a simple fix for that finally!
