I had about the same problem with Titus Will Ford parts for my tails too.
Ordered 9-9.
CC charged 9-11
No news so I contacted them 9-16. Was told they shipped that afternoon and i would get e-mail later with tracking number.
No e-mail.
I contacted them again on 9-17. No reply.
Again on 9-17. No reply.
I contacted them today, spoke to a guy and he said yes they shipped 9-16 and that Fedex e-mail w/tracking must have gone in my junk e-mail folder. Ah, no, I don't think so bud, but not worth arguing. He gave me tracking # and I checked it, yes did ship 9-16 and on the way. I just hope the order is ok and right.
Now, I don't consider myself pushy, impatient or high maintenance with my orders, but I can tell you this - I won't be getting anything else from this Titus Will place, especially with many other places to buy from.

I am now wondering if they only shipped on 9-16 because that is the day I contacted them? IOW, if i had not asked about the order on that date, it would not have shipped that date.
Who knows, frustrating, but not the end of the world and at least these are not "needed" parts, as they are only replacing what we already have stock on the truck.
They are probably nice folks, but form my experience anyways, not too organized right now.

I've ordered from Titus and Tasca before without any real problems. But last time I tried to call Titus about a part, the guy answered and said to hold on a second, he put the phone down and I could hear him talk to someone for almost 10 minutes before he got back to me! I was pissed and said I'm never calling you again. I only deal with Tasca now.

I assume that is what Ford is charging at this point. When I originally contacted them and they looked up the price, they said something to the effect that Ford for some unknown reason has them priced differently. I think Tasca takes their cost and adds a flat % to it.

I dunno.....it still doesn't make sense - they are the same part - just with the mounting tabs in different locations. Lets say you wanted to replace the window moulding on the driver and passenger door - both would be the same price.

I received an e-mail back from Titus Will. Basically, he said they have control over how the orders are processed and shipped since they are shipped out directly from the Ford packager. He said two orders are scheduled to go out and that he'd make sure one of them were mine. I hope this is true.

The Ford parts people must be thinking we all nuts ordering these dang tail lights for our new trucks.
Good luck with Titus Will, let us know if they did ship as they said.
Mine are due to be delivered 09-23-09, its all in Fedex Home hands now, so I will stop ragging on TW I guess.
