The interior is going to really suck for us aftermarket audio guys. Personally i dont like it. I hate the lines of the truck and it sort of resembles a toyota/chevy mix breed.

Are most of the people on this forum really that inept? GEZUS-C----
People keep posting on what the 09 F150 will look like. F--KSAKES already. Any moron could simply look at the front end of the 08 Expedition and know what the 09 F150 would look like. That was nearly TWO YEARS AGO.
Give it an ef’ing rest.
So, let’s recap…..
2009 F150 front end = 2008 Expedition

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that it doesn't look bad imho, and I'm very unpartial to Ford, GM, Dodge, etc.
Looks like the seats have more contour, guess Ford finally figured out that we don't have square *****...
I'm also not feeling the radio at all.
What I really want to know is whats under the hood, hopefully something with more ***** than the "300 HP" 3V 5.4L. I dream of the day that Ford will unveil a sweet OHV engine, similair to the GM LS series. Just imagine guys, no wierd spark plug designs(why reinvent the wheel?), no crazy valve train problems( ie cam phazor...the word phazor shouldn't even be used in my engine), no pain in the **** to work on.
But unfortunately, Ford will probably never go back to the good days of the OHV. They had so much success with the 5.0 and 5.8 engines, but ignored all of that. GM had success with the 5.7, so they built an OHV engine with redesigned intake/exhaust ports, aluminum heads/block, and capable of making large numbers NA. Without the comlications and high costs of a single/dual OHC.

OMG, are you blind or have you just never seen an Expedition??????
The front end of the F150 has ALWAYS followed the design ques of the Expy, ever since the Expy came into existence. WOW!
It's just too obvious. The dipping headlights, the scalloped bumper, the bar grill... should I go on??? The 04-08 F150 has the same front end design as the previous generation Expy too…..
It was no secret what the 09 F150 was going to eventually look like. That’s why these threads were absolutely killing me. It was (and apparently still is) just too funny.
Lots of negative comments, but I really think this truck will sell fine. You should have seen the GM forums when the first spy pictures of the 2007 Silverado were released a couple years ago -There was an overwhelming negative response to the new GM body style that has turned out to be VERY popular.
The first time I saw the new Silverado spy shots, I hated the truck. It was a side shot of a red Z71 crew cab and I swore it was the ugliest truck I'd ever seen. Now that they are out and about, they've really grown on me quite a bit - in fact I like the looks of the 2500 GMC more than any other truck on the road today.
Ford knows how to build trucks and it seems like people are always skeptical at first, but everyone comes around after they see a few on the road. The 2009 F150 won't be any different. I still like the 2004 F150 more at this point, but I wouldn't hesitate to park the 2009 in my garage today.
