Leveled truck with 35's on 18" rims

If you're 2wd, I think you'd probably need a 3" level for them to fit. However, that 3" level is really not recommended and will stress and wear out your front end parts quickly.
If you're 4wd, they sit a little higher stock. I've read of many people fitting 35s with a 2"-2.5" level. The amount of rub depends on the back spacing though.

If a mod sees this, maybe move it to the wheel and tire section to get more replies.

I have a 04 4x4 with 35s it's not leveled and I trimmed the bottom corner of the flares. It rubs and full turn on the fender well liner. I have the a 2.5 level kit just have not had the time to install it.
So you should not have a problem unless you do some hard off roading then they may hit something.
Not leveled
The angle of second pic make it look closer that it actually is.

It's really going to depend on your rim and tire choice. A wide rim with a low backspacing is going to cause a lot more problems than a rim with specs similar to the stock one.
Just a like an extremely aggressive m/t tire that measures pretty wide will cause more problems than a street tread tire that's narrow.
If you really want to know what kind of problems you'll have, post the wheel specs and tire specs that you plan to use. Everything else is just guesses until those are known.

A zero offset with 35s will most likely rub a bit. But at least it isn't a very negative offset. The more the height of the tire the better it clears if it is tucked in. Can't tuck in a 12.5" tire though, maybe an 11.5". I have 296/60-20s which are 34x12. I find it to be the perfect size for a leveled F150 4wd. With +18 wheels they cleared fine. With Bora spacers making it a -12 to -18 offset they ended up rubbing the lower cabin side portion of the wheel wells. So it's all in the offset. Bigger the tire and more it sticks out, the worse it will rub. You may need just a little bit of plastic trimming.
