You'll really like the Bilsteins. I know I do. They are a touch stiff, but not bad. And off road they are very nice!

Stock with a 2" readylift level on top. The struts feel worn out. Doesn't have the ride it had when I first bought it.

That happens to shocks. The guideline is 80k miles to replace. Of course I'm barreling for 100k and probably need them, but what I don't have I can't miss

That'll be ok. For how it rides right now, a little stiffer should be alright.

My only complaint is when going over speed bumps or hitting deep potholes it's a bit harsh. Other than that they are good.

Lariat, how well do they break in? How long have you had them on the truck?

I would say about 4000 miles. I would say broken in within the first 1000 miles. 0 sag or loss of level. still sittin pretty at a full 2.5" and a perfect level.

Well installed the bilstiens yesterday. What a difference.

I also noticed that my upper need to be done again. I've got around 20,000 km on them. I'm having a hard time remembering which brand they were exactly. They weren't anything too cheap either. Time for some moog's.

Also had time to head out in the country this past weekend. Took the 22's and cleared out a few hundred gophers in a pasture.

Love the feel of the bilsteins on the front, so I ordered a set for the back. Will be here tomorrow. And with tight upper ball joints, the truck feels solid again. Also rotated the tires for the first time since the install. 9000km on them and no signs of wear. Love the at2 extremes.

did you end up using your old coil spacer or did you use the bilstein at full adjusted up?

I used the bilsteins at the top setting. The ready lift is sitting on the shelf.

But the bullet and ordered rims! 20x10 -12 fuel mavericks in black/machined. Pretty happy about it. Should be here within a week. Really excited to get them on.

Going to finally get my exhaust done up too. I've had the x-pipe, mufflers and tips for close to 8 months. Going to sell the high flow cats as I like the resonators that came with my headers. But I've bought tubing, and I've got a tig welder and pipe bender.

Undecided on where to exit the pipes. Either lightning style, or straight out the back like so...

I'm also planning on re opening my headlights. My drivers side has a very intermittent moisture issue, and I need to replace my passenger side halo as well. Probably give them a reprint to change it up a bit as well.
