Yup just a dab of rtv in the screw hole and your set. I haven't had any issues with these fogging. I though I did right after the reseal, but it must have been residual gassing or something. And it was only the size of a quarter. No issues since.

Just the pressure adjust and equalizing. Perfectly normal

I'm gonna attach them later today then! It'll be good to have everything tied/taped down.

Mine did the same thing the first time I drove around with them, but before putting silicon on the back of the projector. Sat in the rain all night and a pressure wash with no issues so far.

Well that's good then! Yeah I've washed mine numerous times with no issues since the rework. And I'm not really worried about it since I do plan on building another set. Will most likely install these in the parents mk lt. Which would free up a mint set of oem housings. They have had 3m overlays on since new. But again, I'm not worried about the other set yet.

General maintainance time. Love doing things multiple times over. When I did my cams I never had any dielectric grease. So I'm pulling all the coils and resealing them. Low grade miss on #4. Need to get it figured so I can finish those damn data logs.

Never had an issue with #4 before. So I'm figuring it has something to do with the coils.

Also, the beloved hole...

Will also be getting to the tb tonight. Will grab some more pics of that.

That is true. Got to keep it running good. My mileage has came back up as well. I probably should do a set of coils, but none have out right failed.

Going to finally get my data logging caught up in the morning before work. Still noticing a slight throttle drop out when going to full throttle. Hoping it's something in the tune. Will find out soon.

TB looks nice and clean now. Did you notice a bump in throttle response like I did?

The throttle response seems alright, but it starts to wind up, and after about 200 rpm it seems to drop out for a second or two, then has no issue ramping up.

Hmmm maybe I can account the better throttle response to the high speed bearings.

Lariat, high speed bearings? Go on.

And yes, there is a hole. Haha. I've thought about saying screw the shroud and getting e-fans. But I don't know if the gain is really worth it? The flex-a-lite kit is like 750. So that's a pretty steep price.

The 2 idler pullies and tensioner pulley.. The 3rd idler pulley is plastic and formed around the bearing so it can't be pressed out..
And for e-fans save some money and get 2009+ f150 fans from a junk yard and get yourself a nice controller and you'll be all set. Cheaper then flex-a-lite

I like the Ford fan idea. I have thought about it before, but had forgotten about the newer models using e-fans. I priced it out online, and it's only 200 for the fans. Another 100-200 for a controller and that's way easier to deal with.

I may have to research some controllers now. Any ideas? Flex-a-lite? Derale?

I've be contemplating e-fans myself but just bought wheels and tires so no more upgrades for awhile..
Ask ol' MGD I know he has a few good suggestions for controllers.
