you need to make note on which code came up first.....the rest can be echoes for that problem.....

I'm leaning toward a leaking injectors as others have stated....

but some other causes can be....

fouled or damaged maf
vacuum leak after the maf

that sounds easier than changing the dang spark plugs. but the engine is my least knowledgable area of my truck so how take the fuel rail off?

so with that extended warranty I should just take it to the dealership and let them tell me what's wrong?

There are two 8mm hold down bolts per side.....take them out and then pull up on the rail with a little rocking motion front to back as its pulled up....

Here's a really bad injector....

His is an 06, don't think the warranty applies.

Ok, I missed that the extended warranty was not the Ford injector warranty.

Hmmm ...

I don't believe in coincidence, BUT - given it's reporting on BOTH banks, AND Mossy has touched the MAF AND the TB ( you did take it off to clean it, right?), I'm inclined to agree with Eighty-Eight's alternate hypothesis - an air/vacuum leak, or some sort of damage inadvertently caused by the R&R activity.

Very few reports of injector problems of that MY, but some early 06's may have the 'bad' injectors from the late '05 production run.

Worth checking for sure just to rule this out.

yes I took the throttle body off and cleaned it and took the maf out and sprayed it with the electronics cleaner spray that was recommended on here. I cleaned the k&n filter too, and I was careful to not over oil it so it wouldn't re-gunk the maf sensor
